After a difficult run on Monday, I was nervous about the 4 mile run today. I made sure to stay hydrated and eat a good breakfast this morning because a few of us participated in birthday festivities for Scott's 22nd birthday last night. Overall the run went really well and finished the 4 miles in 39:13. I'm pumped for my first 5 mile run on Friday. The plan is to register for the half-marathon after the next run. Below is the route I ran. Hopefully it will get a little more exciting when the weather gets nicer.
